The last picture shows the Motorcycle Stuff label for this with the part number 2014671. This label also states that this will fit the MR1000 helmets and has the M2R part number for this, 1000SHC. We could not find any reference to this in any of our catalogs or online. **What you see in the pictures is what you will receive. Anything else required to mount this will have to be provided separately. **This is new and in great shape. We did not see any damage on it at all.
