The result is that the left motor will stop (that is, the throttle is 50%-the direction is 50%=0) and the right motor will turn full (that is, the throttle is 50%+the direction is 50%=0). If you turn 100% throttle, then the left motor will be reduced by 50%, and the right motor will be increased by 50%.
