Check the listing for details. 160/80/40 Meter CW QRP transmitter 1625, 6BG6, 12A6, 12V6, 12L6 , 12W6. Condition: New. Listed at 219.00 USD. Caution!! This is a low power QRP homebrew transmitter, but voltages inside the chassis are definitely lethal if not handled with the usual precautions for such equipment. No load dc output from the inverter power supply is about 350 volts dc. This circuit will work fine with any of the tubes listed in the header. I've also used this circuit for 1625 and 19BG6G tubes. Please specify what you'd like when ordering. I can get close to 4 watts out with a 19BG6G tube, using a 14 volt supply. Works fine, even though the filament is rated at 19 volts. Typically you'll get about 4 to 5 watts output, depending on the band and tube used. Power requirements are 12 to 14 volts dc at about 2.5 amps. A car or golf cart battery will work best, but you may also use a well filtered and regulated bench supply. It has a Pi-network tank circuit for harmonic reduction, 50 ohms output to the antenna. I can use BNC, SO-239 or binding post terminals for the antenna connector, like you see in the photos; whatever you like. Controls are off, filament standby and transmit. The high voltage runs only when switched to transmit mode. The circuit is cathode keyed for transmit. Front panel controls for PA and antenna load tuning, just like all the old transmitters during the 50/60's era. You'll receive one QRP 49/U crystal, mounted in a FT-243 holder for each of the 3 bands specified. All I have for 160 is the 1843 khz HC49/U types. I have lots of frequencies for 80 and 40 meter operation. Also three plug-in coils. One each for 160, 80 and 40 meters. Please allow 15 days for shipment, once ordered. Thanks for stopping by.......KW7T
