Covered with microscopic porosity. Free of notable marks. EDS, Breen state I, before the die cracks near the dentils left of the hair ribbon. The date and legends are complete and clear, and the M over E feature is obvious.Tied for CC#17 in the Noyes census, his photo #34693.
