Check the listing for details. 18" Bulk Paper Roll Cutter Dispenser. Condition: Used. Listed at 52.88 USD. This bulk paper roll cutter was used at my Hallmark store. I no longer need it so would like to get a new home for it. All metal except the wooden dowel that holds the bulk paper roll on. If you look closely at the photos, you can see holes in the base of the cutter; this would allow for the attachment to either table or wall with screws. We did not have a permanent location, so just moved them (I had 3) from a lower shelf to the wrap table to use. Without a roll of paper and closed it is about 8 7/8 inches high. Total length is 20 inches. Closed it is 2 1/4 inches and spreads to 7 1/4 inches. The heavy-duty springs hold the cutter bar to the roll of paper. The roll of paper is easily changed by pulling cutter bar away from paper, moving the wooden dowl out of the slot-holders, changing the paper on dowl and replacing in slotted holders.
