Listed at 425.00 USD. 1857 FLYING EAGLE CENT NGC CHOICE AU 53 WELL STRUCK SURFACES, WITH PLEASING COLOR AND FROST, AND NICELY DEFINED DESIGN DETAILS. A couple of laminations on the obverse rim @ 1:00 and 2:00, little bit of faint crusty speckling on the obverse. Over 42,000,000 Flying Eagle cents were coined in 1858 and 1857, with the 1857 accounting for 17,400,000 of those. Evidently quite heavily used in commerce, nice Mint State, and problem free circ FE Cents are scarce and desireable.
