USA. This Has a Key Wind Movement and includes a Winding Key. I wound it up and it is Ticking and Appears to Be Working Correctly. This is in Good Original Condition, But I think there is supposed to be a Backing Plate Behind the Paper Disks? What You See Pictured is What is Included. Condition As Pictured!
