Its where the officer was stationed during the atomic testing as chaplan. Was Lt.Colonel. His military i.d. is in the pocket and you can research him on line. His family sold it to me. A great military collectible and conversation piece. Not a stain or a button replaced. Has liner also. Fully in tact.
