I think the frame is a 1948 has never been assembled after it was painted. Is nice looking set, paint may have some small imperfections, but nice. Believe it is a Road-master frame but not 100% sure. I received as just frame and fork not a whole bike. The frame set is sold as is no returns or refunds of any kind. Please look at the pictures close for reference.
