This vintage 1950's pattern AGED (color matched) cellulose nitrate is a genuine material built to OEM specifications by our engineering department. The material has been color and pattern matched to the master sample of a major guitar manufacturer who have been in business for 100 years. The correct vintage pattern runs all the way through the .078 thick material to allow for installation and sanding. The color and pattern is historically accurate and has been found to date for the 1950's material. The color of this material represents the appearance after 50+ years.
