It is an external frame dark blue pack It has the 1970s vintage brown label. Both the frame and the bag are large. We calculate the capacity as about 4800 cubic inches. The bag has a plethora of pockets, a separate entry at the bottom for a sleeping bag, a side pocket sized for tent poles and stakes, and it has deployable inside arms to hold the top open. This one is used and is a little dirty in spots, but it is in good condition. There are no tears, holes, or personalization... and all of the zippers work.
