They break-out the FPC cable connections to a double row of plated through holes with 2.54 mm (0.1”) spacing, making it suitable for use in prototyping perfboard or connecting with DuPont jumper wires. Select the required FFC pin number and pitch from the drop down menu. Optionally, a double-row pin header can also be included for an additional fee. The default pin header is straight; if you would like instead a right-angled pin header then you must send a separate message using the "contact seller" link. If you don't see the specific breakout you were hoping to find, use the contact seller link and I'll try to stock it. Note that the 5-, 28- and 54-pin 0.5-mm-pitch boards and the 5-, 9-, 14-, 15-, 18-, 22- and 28-pin 1.0-mm-pitch boards are uncommon sizes and use the correct-sized FFC connector on the nearest-suitable common-sized board (see the product photographs after selecting the correct parameters from the drop-down menu boxes; for example the 1.0 mm product uses an 18P connector on a 20 P board). Be aware that the word "pitch" means the distance between the centres of repeating elements and not the distance between the outside edges of those elements.
