I picked this up off Amaz-on to use for work with a LENOVA laptop workstation for remote work and it worked perfectly. I left that position and moved to another company for remote work, but this model KVM switch is not compatible with that company's workstation. So, I no longer need it. It was only used for about 2 months and about 10 days past the return date for Amaz-on. So, I cannot return it - but it works perfectly. HDMI Cables were not used at all - only the USB ports. The remote and sensor operation was not used either. So, the batteries have never been opened and the remote has never been used. I only used the press button switch. I do not see myself needing it again anytime soon. So, someone else might as well use it.
