They come with 3 filter sets. 2 sets are just regular ear plugs, and one set you can turn the earplug on and off to hear your surroundings. It comes with a total of 8 extra tips (not including the ones already on the earplugs). 2 different sets that are memory foam, 2 sets that are a different size normal tips than what are on the plugs now, and 2 earbud type sets.
