The boat comes with all the hardware, flex shaft, removable radio box, fuel tanks, engine mount, remote needle, rudder servo, throttle servo and remote-control servo. All you need to run this boat is a good strong engine, prop and radio. My son did the decals for this boat so If ever need to replace the decals he can do them for you or any other decals you need.
