Tiny enough for the salesmen to carry around in their briefcase as they went on their journey to sell patterns way back in the 1930s. The company they worked for hired these men to show the pattern samples to potential buyers of various companies.The pattern is for the dress, undergarment with attached petticoat and hat you see pictured in the photos above.
