You can transfer liquid into them by using a pipette or by using a simple drinking straw. To use a drinking straw you would place the straw about an inch into your container then place your fingertip over the top end of the straw to hold the liquid in the straw. Move the straw over to the mini sprayer reservoir and lift your fingertip from the top of the straw to allow the liquid to dispense.
