This auction is for a pair of 3D printed adapters which allows (2) 18650 Lithium Ion cells to take the place of 3 C Cell alkaline batteries. This auction is for the 3D printed adapters ONLY and does not include the Flashlight, the 18650 batteries, or the C-Cell alkaline batteries shown in the pictures as they were for reference only. Disclaimer: (2) 18650 batteries when used in series outputs ~8.4 volts at full charge while 3x C cells put out 4.5 volts in series. As this is a large voltage variance some devices, such as an incandescent bulb, will not be able to handle the higher voltage. Be sure to consider this before ordering.When your 18650 battery requires charging, it must be removed from the adapter.As this is a 3D printed part, there may be some slight blemishes due to the printing process. This in no way weakens or affects the functionality of the adapter. The positive contact is the head of a screw which extends into the adapter body and contacts the Positive terminal of the 18650 battery. The negative contact is the actual battery protruding ~0.5" from the back of the adapter. This protrusion allows easy access to the battery when it needs to be removed from the adapter.
