This Mutoh DG-41867 pinch roller assembly has been designed to work as well or better than the OEM version, specifically with taller tabs that don't break if you breath on them. I had a client present the OEM version to us with the problem, so we spent some time to re-design a version that is almost identical to the OEM version, works just as well as the OEM version, but it's designed to last longer and not break the retaining tabs when you install or remove them. It includes notches for using a screwdriver to remove the roller if they are stubborn to remove by hand, however this may damage the bracket roller retainer as a warning.
