These are snap caps, that contain no powder, or primers, but they will chamber, look and feel just like they should. They cannot fire, nor can they ever be made to fire. These are snap caps, but unlike plastic or one-piece metal snap caps, these look right. The brass and bullet brands used may vary from those shown in the pictures. These are New commercial casings that have been mechanically cleaned, sized, and had the primer pocket plugged, and then a bullet seated and crimped. You can visually tell they are inert, as the primer pocket is plugged with a red poly, and they will rattle slightly when shaken.
