ASA-3909 is a low surface tack palletizing pressure sensitive hot melt glue that allows for repositioning and enables the reduction or elimination of plastic-based stretch film. Using ASA-3909, our palletizing solution increase efficiency during warehousing and transportation and the reduction of trash from use of stretch film. When applied to the top of finished goods’ packaging, ASA-3909 grips cases into place and prevents pallet loads from shifting during transit—reducing the need to use unrecyclable stretch wrap for pallet stability. Good thermal stability, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, UV resistance, and good elasticity. ASA-3909 works well for coated corrugated material.
