This lot measures roughly 14" to 16" long, they are not all exactly the same size. The white and red on back feels like a fleece or fleecy felt fabric? There are a few ways you could use these, the easiest would be to cut the names off leaving a small white cuff roughly 2-1/4" wide across the tops. You could put a new cuff on or cut the cuff off all together and just glue a wide piece of ribbon, lace or eyelet in it's place! They are too pretty for someone to not reuse, I thrifted them thinking I would repurpose them, but haven't taken the time to. Comes from smoke/pet-free storage.
