Check the listing for details. 5.25 Floppy Drive Head Assembly Actuator. Listed at 11.99 USD. Please see pictures. The two units that are available look very similar. Based on my online searches, I am somewhat convinced the these are from a Okidata GM-3815BU 5.25 inch floppy drive. Not 100% sure. The head can move out about 20mm or so. These are untested. So, sold as-is. No returns or refunds.
