The stamp design is largely compete. However, it has been cut into at the bottom. The side ornaments at top are barely cut into. The outside top line of the label has been recut as shown at the top of the scan. The recutting determines the type and the catalog number. No other imperforate 1 cent stamps of the 1850s have recuts.
