Good quality, heavy gauge metal. This set weighs just over a pound together, not chintzy. No makers marks, though there’s a shadow on the bottom of the sugar where a sticker probably was. I’m guessing FB or WM Rogers. The plating is in good condition on inside and outside. The sugar bowl wobbles slightly on the table. One foot hovers just a couple mm off the table surface. Sugar bowl is 6 ¼” across handle to handle, 3 ½” wide, 4 ¼” tall to the tip of the finial.
