It does have the PLL demodulator for CW but this works only with a high SNR. The power supply I'm throwing in with is +12VDC, +5VDC & -12VDC. It's a bit overkill for this but you can use it for other projects. It works. I have the filter, power supply, power cable to filter, an input cable to the audio filter and an extra audio cable if you want to use an external speaker of your choice. All the filters work just fine. You pay shipping.
