Specifically designed to refill 1–2 Aqua Lung SEA (Survival Egress Air) emergency breathing cylinders (or similar compressed-air egress systems used in aviation/helicopter underwater escape, rescue, etc.) up to 4,500 psi. It has two internal carbon-fiber composite high-pressure cylinders (COPV) that store ~220 cubic feet of CGA Grade D breathing air at up to 5,500 psi supply. The whole unit is housed in a rugged wheeled Pelican #1650 case (desert tan). It’s completely manual/no electricity required, with gauges, regulator, fill valves, and sea-fill/refill ports.
