The data sheet claims that attenuation is flat with frequency, the analyzer plot marker 3 is at 6GHz, and from 1 GHz to 6 GHz the attenuation increases by about 3dB, which isn't "flat", but it is pretty linear - above 6 GHz, as you can see the performance degrades and above 8 GHz it gets pretty awful.
