With pressure-assisted sampling (PASA), the 410 Autosampler applies pressure in the vial while the sample is drawn with a high-resolution syringe. Air bubbles and vacuum problems in the vial are eliminated, resulting in excellent reproducibility. The 410 autosampler is the ideal choice for analytical and preparative injection volumes. The device is supplied with the sample tray "24 × 10 ml vials". Sample volumes up to 10 ml are easy to handle for preparative applications.
