The configuration charge is included in the listing price. Its NOT necessary to swap any components on the mainboard when using this display. Nothing should be soldered or attached to this LED display. Contact me to discuss further if required. A Plug N Play display simplifies the whole installation process. You simply connect it up by its pins with the existing ribbon cable, the same way as the old display, then switch on. Nothing should be soldered or attached to the new display. Its completely Plug N Play ! Everything is included in the listing price. All parts, cables and the time to build it. Finally. The display viewing window is transfered over to the LED display. This is done by separating it from from the metal bezel on the old display. A flat blade or hairdryer should be used to seperate them. Its simply held together with double sided tape. Its a simple task. Once the viewing window is removed, its transfered over to the LED display to fill the gap in the front panel. Tooling charges do not apply but factory MOQ does. This is why the price is slightly higher than other similar size graphics i sell. The bezel height is much higher than all the standard off the shelf displays. This is required to upgrade the A6 'correctly' otherwise the display graphics / viewing window are sunken. With this display, its now possible to upgrade the A6 properly, for the 1st time. Display arrives ready to Plug N Play. NO soldering or modifications are required** To suit every possible studio environment, I now build and ship each display fully adjustable to control backlight brightness. This is used to set the display up perfectly for the light conditions in your studio. If you use the display in a brightly lit room, the backlight can be set slightly higher, if your studio is dark, it can be dialed in lower for a better look. Shipping the display adjustable is essential. The display looks much better if it has backlight adjustment, thats why its included. Once the brightness is set up, the black trimmer is tucked away inside.
