This is an Amazon Echo smart speaker (Alexa); great condition. I got this from a friend who was going into assisted living; neither one of us could figure out this gizmo, so it wasn't used much. I do not know how to reset it. If you are tech savvy, then you will enjoy this very nice, clean Echo. It does work, it has spoken to me, but I haven't been able to overcome the previous owner's settings. Charger is included.
