Purchased this Ameda Platinum 1 year ago for my wife as this pump worked 1000x better than our spectra. Purchased from ebay from a medical device liquidator. Still have the packaging it was sent to me with. This pump works even better than the ones in the NICU or hospital recovery rooms. It came with 1 cosmetic crack (pictured) and it does not effect function. Crack is not normally that noticeable but I wanted to picture it. Pump comes off of movable stand with 1 screw (perfect if keeping on a nightstand full time). This pump helped us, so we hope to be able to pass it to someone who benefit from it too. The tubing and pumps can be found in pediatric doctors offices or Walmart online.
