I have had this for decades, hoped to find a blade that would be appropriate. I think it is middle eastern but that is just a guess. I included a picture of the place where some decoration was, probably a gold piece set with a gem. I never found a blade, it is someone else’s turn. It is 9.3 cm long and weighs 122.7 grams The hole that accepts the blade tongue is about 6 mm in diameter and narrows a bit as it goes into the handle, it is about 4 cm long. The hold for the decorative element is about 3 mm in diameter and a maybe 2 mm in depth.
