Antique Bakelite or some kind of celluloid , Napkin Ring with Solid Silver Shield. The shied has lost some of its markings . You can very faintly see some letters along the bottom of the silversmith. Looks like WD& something . I've tried to photograph as best i could. Few little scratches here and there but overall condition good for age. Very pretty napkin ring on the reverse has a very pretty amber coloured glass crystal stone surrounded by silver. Size is 6 inches circumference and one half inches diameter .
