The handle is loose from the tray on one side. It is out of shape and has a wobble. The pitcher is 5.5" tall. There are no dents in the pitcher itself, though the raised foot of the base is dented. The inside of the pitcher, particularly the bottom, has a lot of scratches and loss of the finish. The bottom scene is of people with fire, shields, and spheres.
