Marked PAT EXP. 1867 REED&BARTON 4(looks like a v or eagle) PAT'D APR. 17 1883 Looks like no other fork I have ever seen, It is almost flat. Also there is a tiny hole at the very top of the handle as if it was drilled. No clue, but wow what a piece of history. Not Sure if it is Silverplated or Sterling but there is no 925 or sterling marked on the piece. Please enjoy this piece of history.
