It was my mothers and she always displayed figurines she collected. My mother and father had an antique store for a while so I don't know if this came from shop after closing or before. She had a tag on it that said cup display but not sure what that is. It can be hung on wall or put on desk. As you can see in picture it is standing on table. My mother had it on a desk and is very sturdy.
