For extremely high levels of chloramine or nitrite, treatment can be repeated up to 5x within a 24-hour period. Caution: Do not overdose. A sulfur odor is normal and will dissipate rapidly after use. Treatment may reduce dissolved oxygen levels, so ensure there is adequate circulation/aeration before adding. This product will affect the accuracy of Nessler ammonia test kits and Winkler oxygen test kits. Salicylate ammonia test kits are recommended to be used instead.
