This uncirculated 2 Argentinian peso note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Central Bank of Argentina in 2002. It is a blue, red, and orange note that bear the signatures of Mercedes Marco del Pont and Eduardo Fellner, and measures 155 mm x 65 mm. Its obverse side features Bartolome Mitre, the gate of his house, and the handwritten manuscript of the Historia de Belgrano y de la Independencia Argentina. Its reverse side shows the Mitre Museum building in Buenos Aires. Though the note does not have a security thread, it has a watermark of Bartolome Mitre with an electrotype BM. The note was demonetized in 2018.
