They have everything you see on both. First one has a Pentium 4 3.6 ghz 533 processor. 3 gigs of ddr2 memory. The other one comes with a Pentium duel core 3.33 ghz E8600 4 gig memory both are ready to install with your own hard drives. I do NOT accept returns. I can not verify installation. They were both were taken out of running computer's for upgrades
