This process is done by the facemask being hung by a tiny metal wire onto a statically charged metal rack. The vinyl is in powder form and adheres to the facemask via static electricity. A process similar to metal powder coating. The vinyl is then melted onto the facemask and creates a smooth colorful surface. Please be aware that this process cannot occur without the small metal wire which electrically charges the facemask. That metal wire is then cut at the end of the process. That small spot which the wire is cut will be visible on the finished product. This exact same process is the same for every facemask that you see on every NCAA and NFL teams facemasks.
