We had this machine custom built in the USA for our knits fabric shop about 2 years ago. It has drastically sped up our cutting process but is no longer needed as we switch to only bolted fabrics. Paid over $35,000 and it was worth every penny because it reduced staff needed. Machine can be used in automatic mode where it measures and cuts X number of lengths with no assistance. Or in manual mode where the user chooses when to run the blade. Machine is on wheels and includes the air compressor used to open and close the clamp. One feature is currently disengaged. The cradle lower piece is supposed to raise to secure the roll but it arrived presenting an error. The manufacturer knows how to fix it, but we never bothered since it was not necessary for our use.
