I don’t know what model this auto script, prompt or fade is, but it is a survivor of its time. Miraculously it has no cracks, dings or chips. The glass is sheening flawless. From all my research, all I was able to discern was that this model is an older Autoscript shade model due to its figure 8 design on the side. It comes with velcro hook and look fittings on the bottom of the shade which allow it to be attached to the soft cloth Hood cover which accompanies it.
