These come with two left hand and two right hand threaded shock screws and use one 5.5mm socket head to remove. Avid added a center drilled hole to allow for easy measurements of shock length when checking droop. Package includes four lower shock screws. NOTE: It is not recommended to use a left-hand threaded screw in an arm that you already threaded with a right hand threaded screw. The threads will not have much material to grab on.
