This warranty is extended to theoriginal purchaser of the product only, unless approved of in writing by DSP. Our product is warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanshipunder normal use and service, for a period of (1) one year from the originalpurchase date. The obligation of DSP under this warranty is limited to therepair or replacement of the defective unit. Repair or replacement of the unitshall be at the sole discretion of DSP. The defective unit must be returnedwithin 30 days of the failure date to be considered for warranty. Any product that is not installed according to the manufacturers guidelines is not covered under any warranty by DSP. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, either expressed orimplied. This warranty does not apply to any part or unit that has been altered orrepaired by anyone other than DSP. Nor, to any product which has beensubject to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or damagefrom foreign material such as water or dirt.
