Antique Ellis Barker silverplate oval lidded dish with handles made in Birmingham, England. This has the scallop shell mark and 'England' dating it to 1912 or later. The border around the lower dish and the inner oval section of the lid are gadrooned, and the bottom border of the lid is engraved with flowers, foliage and C scrolls, the handles also with Rococo styled decoration.
