Can be expanded to 6/16 in this chassis, and 24/32 with an expansion chassis. Can also be expanded to have 4 port voicemail, auto-attendant, and VoIP phones. Fully tested, battery replaced with brand new identical model battery and tested-OK. Fantastic system. The front door (the little flap that covers the right side where all the connections come in) has partially broken hinges. This means that when it is closed and latched, it will stay that way, but if you unlatch it and open it, the door will fall off.
