I salvage them from projects that can't be refurbished. If you have a question about condition please message me and I will work with you to get you what you want. Otherwise you will receive the best of the lot. The electronics will be tested but the motor may not work on the first try when you receive it. This is because the points and copper shaft build up tarnish over time. Only period use will clean the contact points and ensure the motor continues to work correctly. The motor can be cleaned or even taken apart and cleaned but this would damage the blue retainer piece. To make the motor work clean the points by spinning the motor by hand until it begins to turn on it's own. -Combine shipping.
