Here is a beautiful custom made wine barrel Smoker, great for hot smoking or cold smoking. I use heavy duty antique hinges and pipe for the hardware, each Smoker is unique. The barrel has brick on the bottom to protect the wood from heat, a tray to hold the charcoal. The barrel is made of French oak and has been used for making wine giving the barrel a rich aroma. There are two 21" Weber racks, each removable. Lots of smoking area. Made from 60 gl. Barrels 38"tall and 27"wide. They weigh about 130# and are mounted on heavy duty casters to roll them around.
