Precision cnc aircraft aluminum tracking wheel for 2x72" belt grinder. The wheel is 3" in diameter & crowned to ensure accurate belt tracking. We make our wheels 2-1/4" wide to accept any commercial 2" grinding belt. Includes sealed bearings which can easily be replaced when worn.Bore of the bearings is 1/2" & with this listing we include a grade 8 half inch bolt as an axle, with 2 nylon spacers, 1 half inch washer & 1 half inch jam nut. We also supply a steel swivel mount which is manufactured from a block of steel measuring 2" long by 1/2" thick by 1-1/2" wide. The offset hole through the side is 1/4" diameter. We also supply a U-shaped bracket which holds the swivel mount & include the 3 bolt which hold these together. Use this assembly on your DIY grinder to accurately track a grinding/sanding belt. We use these wheels in our top quality grinders & have tested them extensively. We do not paint or anodize our wheels as this just comes off basically on your first use.
